Overview
Arbolus had already achieved success in disrupting the $2b expert network industry but faced a challenge with how to scale their proposition beyond standard call-based insights gathering.
Our expertise in product strategy and scale-up innovation were instrumental in conceiving an industry-redefining tool which would become known as ArbolusCanopy.
An automated insights gathering and analysis tool which would enable companies to create surveys, get video responses from top experts, transcribe and analyse insights 4x faster than before.
Challenge
The primary challenge was to create an intuitive survey builder which companies could use themselves to gather insights and easily analyse the responses to create meaningful reports.
Solution
Leveraging our expertise in product design, we drew on industry best practices and a prototyping methodology:
Designed a survey builder tool
Designed a video response tool
Designed an AI-powered transcription and insights gather tool
Prototyped initial concepts to test and learn
Iterated over multiple production versions based on user feedback
